Founders Day BBQ & Homecoming Game

Saturday, November 8th – The 2014 DU Founders Day BBQ is just around the corner. Join your bros on Saturday, November 8th at 12pm in section B3 of Qualcomm Stadium. The Aztecs will take on the Idaho Vandals at 3:30pm, but we’ll be ready for you at 12pm so get there early to get some great BBQ, libations and to catch up with your bros.

We’ve purchased a limited block of tickets for the game so if you want to sit with everyone else, go to the Pay Pal link below to purchase your tickets. The KGB Sky Show will follow the game this year. In addition to SDSU Homecoming, Founders Day also coincides with your annual dues payment, which is $25. Dues are only paid by DU alumni. Your $25 dues payment also gets you a wrist band for the BBQ. Guests and little sisters are welcome and can enjoy beverages and BBQ for $10 (paid at event). Kids under 12 years of age can attend for free. If you want football tickets, you need to purchase them in advance along with your dues. So here’s your breakdown:

  • 2014 Dues and Tailgate (DU alumni only): $25 via Pay Pal
  • Guests over the age of 12 for food and beverages: $10 on the day of the event
  • Football game tickets: $18 per Seat via Pay Pal

If you do not want to pay through Pay Pal and need to make other arrangements for payment, please contact Joe Duffel at jdxd@hotmail.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As of Saturday, November 8th (game day), the football tickets have been sold out and removed for purchase from this page. If there is enough demand, we still may purchase another block at the event so see Dave Lesperance if you want tickets. You are still able to pay your annual dues, which you should do if you haven’t. Just sayin’.

  • Joe or Dave,
My wife and I are not going to be able to make it down this afternoon so please give our tickets to someone in need.
Sorry we’re going to miss the festivities.
    Go Aztecs!
