The Board of Directors is comprised of 13 initiated members of the alumni association who are in good standing.
They meet quarterly and authorize the expenditure of money as well as the raising of funds in accordance with the by-laws of the association. Directors serve a staggered two-year term and are voted to the board by the membership. A member of the board can be from any DU chapter.
The Corporation officers consist of the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
