San Diego Ducks Head Back to Jamaica

Some of our younger brothers have gone back to Jamaica to participate in DU’s Global Service Initiative that assists Jamaican residents by building homes, schools and other important structures. They spend time with some of the local youth and are blessed with one of the most rewarding experiences of their lives:

“Today, while some guys were digging in the first trench, Sean, Mike, Zach and Clifton and I began digging the second trench. At first it was a lot easier than the first, because the first had lots of huge rocks which they had to dig around (and eventually dig into), but as we got further down, we also hit rocks. While they weren’t quite as bad as the others, they were still pretty bad, and there were a lot of them.”
